THOUGHT SOCIAL
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 27, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Thought Social iOS application and related services provided by Pentridge Media (“Pentridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Thought Social, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. What Thought Social provides
Thought Social helps users capture content ideas, research public examples, generate and organize scripts and related copy, record with a teleprompter, edit recordings, and export content. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and create. You give us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate Thought Social and complete your requests. You represent that you have the rights needed to use any content, links, trademarks, music, footage, or other material you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it. Thought Social does not guarantee that generated material is accurate, unique, legally compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Thought Social to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud;
- create or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material;
- attempt to access another user’s account or non-public service systems;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except where law expressly permits;
- circumvent subscription, security, or usage controls; or
- use generated content without the human review appropriate to its context.
5. AI and research features
AI-generated and research-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected similarities to other material. They are suggestions, not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for fact-checking, editing, and deciding whether to publish any output.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Thought Social may offer a free export and optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country and are charged through your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm a purchase. Unless canceled, an auto-renewing subscription renews at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
7. Third-party services
Thought Social relies on Apple and other service providers and may reference public third-party content or links. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, terms, or practices.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Thought Social and is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Thought Social or initiate account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these Terms.
10. Service availability and disclaimers
Thought Social is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, specific content performance, audience growth, revenue, or social-platform results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentridge and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Thought Social. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Thought Social during the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as Thought Social evolves. We will post revised Terms and update the date above. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
